Now that Christmas is around the corner, the days left of 2016 are countable. One hell of a year. So much happened and so much has changed. People come into life and people leave it. Its strange how these things happen as its ordinary. I hate losing people that once were close. Its like they suddenly dont want to know you anymore while you havent done anything different. Hakoah Champs were awesome! Spending time with friends, swimming 2 new personalbests and my personal fanclub cheering me on, what a day! Honestly I didn`t have the best feeling, entering the pool yesterday. I had some problems with my shoulder and didn`t get the opportunity to spend much time in the water the last 2weeks. All the more I am happy about my new Pb on the 50m Free. The 30sec sonic wall got destroyed!! Finally!!! So so happy! And on the 100m Free I also managed to push my time on...

You can call me Viennese Cross Champ! After last years 3rd place this was a nice little enhancement! Despite the fact that I, you can actually say "destroyed" myself on the day before, I got a nice time over the 4k. This years course was more challenging than the last few years. There were hay bales put in our way. Even thought they looked so small, they made my legs scream more every lap. The number of participants this year was so much bigger than last year too! And it made much more fun....
