Today I started into the new season with the first of three Cross Country Runs in Vienna. It went quite well! Since I didn`t really prepare for it and had practise yesterday I knew that I shouldn`t get my hopes up to high. With my muscles sore from thursdays first intervalls on the track I really wasn`t too ambitious. Nevertheless I could win the race in the U20s and was the first women overall! The time was okay thought. Not the yellow from the egg, as Austrians tend to say ;) Shape is getting...
